To apply it (it mutates production, so I stopped at the dry run):
1. Create a write token in sanity.io/manage and add to .env.local: SANITY_API_WRITE_TOKEN="sk…"
2. Back up first: npx sanity dataset export production
3. Preview: npm run migrate:i18n -- --dry
4. Apply: npm run migrate:i18n
